What is the Affiliate program?
We offer you the opportunity to earn a commission while promoting our natural herbal products to your audience and clients!
How do I join?
You are able to sign up for our Affiliate Program at www.herbsofafrica.ng/affiliates and just click “Sign up”! You will be emailed your tracking link and other helpful tips to get started.
Am I qualified to join?
Everyone can apply to join our program!
How much will I get paid
Depending on the product, we offer a commission of 8 – 10% of every qualified successful purchase! For qualifications, please see our Terms of Service.
How will I get paid?
We pay all commissions through Bank Transfer to registered Affiliate provided bank accounts (Profile name and Bank Account MUST match Affiliate details). This allows you to get your payments automatically and quickly on a weekly or bi-weekly basis!
Can I get paid with Paypal?
Not at the moment, in a few weeks as Payment via PayPal will commence soon.
When will I get paid?
We review and process sales between 5 – 14 days after the sale are earned! We process the payments every week of the month. For example, if you earned a sale today, you are sure to receive payment within 7 – 14 days at the maximum.
Do Affiliates get an additional commission on Shipping Charges?
At this time, we only offer a commission for qualified purchases excluding shipping and transport charges. We do not offer any additional commission for any charges other than the value of the item or product purchased.
How are sales tracked?
We have several different ways we track sales to your Affiliate Account! The primary way of tracking a sale is a cookie drop from your Affiliate link. This will stay on the customer’s browser for 30 days unless the customer clears their cache and cookies before then.
Where do I find my link and banners?
You will be able to find your link and banners within your Affiliate Dashboard! Under the menu item “Links,” you will see your affiliate tracking link.
Where can I promote it?
You are able to promote on all sites you own! We recommend a content-based blog post for the best conversions.
Why can I not log into my account?
If you are unable to log into your account, please try and reset your password, which is found underneath the login credentials. If this does not work for you, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Can I promote via social media?
We recommend posting responsibly in forum where you have followership and influence. We do not advise posting your tracking link directly and indiscriminately on social media as it can usually result in a lot of spam clicks which can negatively impact your account.
Can I place ads?
You can promote herbsofafrica.ng using AdWords, but you cannot bid on our trademarked terms or use the HerbsofAfrica brand name in your keywords. You need to make sure you are driving traffic to your website where you promote HerbsofAfrica!
Can I buy items for my client?
We require each sale to have new and unique contact and billing information! We recommend that your clients sign up for their own account and buy directly, that way you can earn a commission on their purchase.
Can I use affiliate earnings to pay for products?
At this time, we do not have this as a payment option. We offer payments for ease and convenience to our Affiliates.
Where can I check to see who signed up through my link?
You will be able to see this in your Affiliate Dashboard. Please go to the “Statistics” tab and other menu items. This will show you every sale you’ve had since the beginning of your affiliate account.
What is the minimum payment threshold?
We require a one-time N10,000 or $20 minimum before we can process the first commission payment! This will only be on the first payment; any other sale can be processed after this payment has been made.
